  From 2003, he held various roles at Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, where he was involved in market operations, securitization, M&A, and ALM/treasury functions. In 2014, he earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. From January 2016 to June 2023, he worked at Rakuten Group Co., Ltd., where he was responsible for Corporate Development and was appointed Global Head and Director of Corporate Development in 2018. He has served as Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of SBC Medical Group Holdings, Inc. since September 29, 2023, and as Chief Financial Officer since April 1, 2025. In 2026, he was appointed President and Representative Director of SBC Medical M&A Advisory Co., Ltd. In 2026, he assumed leadership for the group-wide AI transformation as a core management strategy and established the SBC AI Lab. As Director and Chief AI Evangelist, he is directly involved in driving these initiatives, leading the group-wide transformation under top-level commitment.

She has served as Chief Strategy Officer of SBC Medical Group Holdings, Inc. since April 10, 2025, and concurrently as President and Representative Director of AI Med Inc. since February 1, 2026.

  She began her career at Genting Group, a Malaysia-based hospitality and resort company, and spent approximately 12 years in marketing and public relations. Since 2012, she has held PR leadership roles at the KDDI Group, Terada Warehouse, Pioneer, and Hotel New Akao. She also served as a board member and Chair of the International Exchange Committee at the Public Relations Society of Japan. She has served as Chief Public Relations Officer of SBC Medical Group Holdings, Inc. since August 1, 2024.

  Kazuki Ichimori
  A finance and corporate development leader with extensive experience at prominent tech companies, including Rakuten and SmartNews. He led numerous global M&A and investment transactions at Rakuten, contributing to the company's strategic growth. Ichimori spearheaded one of the largest private fundraising rounds in Japan, leading the Series E and F rounds at SmartNews. He graduated from UC Berkeley Haas with an MBA. He is currently based in the US. He has served as our Chief Corporate Development Officer of SBC Medical Group Holdings, Inc. since March 1, 2024.

  He began his career at P&G Japan, and subsequently worked at Eli Lilly Japan, Adobe, KDDI, and Pioneer, where he was involved in a wide range of roles including marketing, digital marketing, digital transformation, and business strategy. At Pioneer, he served as Chief Marketing Officer, where he spearheaded the establishment of the marketing organization, led the restructuring of planning and communication functions, and oversaw the successful market launch of new products. He has served as Chief Marketing Officer of SBC Medical Group Holdings, Inc. since July 1, 2025.

  After graduating from National United University in Taiwan, he studied at Curtin University in Australia. Following a career in trade management in China, he moved to Japan in 2008. He has served as CTO for over eight years across various organizations, driving growth through restructuring and advanced development. Most recently, he served as Executive Officer and CTO at an AI-specialized firm. He is fluent in Japanese, English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese. He has served as Chief Technology Officer of SBC Medical Group Holdings, Inc. since March 1, 2026.

  He began his career at CyberAgent, Inc. as a software engineer for the Ameba Blog platform. He later worked at Amazon as a Program Manager, overseeing warehouse management systems. In 2012, while enrolled in the MBA program at UCLA Anderson School of Management, he founded an internet startup. In 2019, he joined MonotaRO, where he was responsible for launching the company’s business operations in India and served as the local Chief Marketing Officer. He also led the New Business Development Department, planning and launching new services for approximately 7 million users. He has served as Chief Operating Officer of SBC Medical Group Co., Ltd. (Japan) since October 1, 2023.
