2000
- Opened clinic in Fujisawa city, the foundation of Shonan Beauty Clinic.
2003
- Established “L'Ange Cosmetique Inc” and began management support for aesthetic medicine.
2007
- Started management support for “Shonan Dental Clinic,” offering whitening, implants, ceramic treatments, and orthodontics.
2009
- Began management support for “Shinjuku Myopia Clinic,” specializing in LASIK surgery and vision correction procedures.
2012
- Started management support for "Roppongi Ladies Clinic", specializing in fertility treatment.
2013
- Started management support for “RS Clinic” (now "Shonan AGA Clinic"), specializing in hair loss treatment.
2014
- Established "Shobikai Co., Ltd."
- Founded "Shobikai Medical Vietnam Co., Ltd." in Vietnam and opened the directly managed Clinic in Vietnam.
- Started management support for "Nishi-Shinjuku Orthopedic Surgery Clinic", which combines private and insurance-based medical treatments, including pediatric growth hormone therapy and adult joint treatments.
2015
- Started management support for "Ryogoku station hospital" (now "Shonan Medical Memorial Hospital").
2017
- Established "Aikawa Medical Management Co., Ltd." (now "SBC Medical Group Co., Ltd.").
2019
- Began management support for Shonan Beauty Cilinic in Irvine, California, USA.
2022
- Acquired "SBC sealane Co., Ltd.," a company specializing in general construction, interior work, large-scale repairs, and building management, to strengthen franchise management support.
- Acquired "Medical Payment Co., Ltd.", a provider of cardless payment services in the medical industry, further reinforcing franchise management support.
- Acquired "VIXIA Co., Ltd." (now "SBC Marketing Co., Ltd."), a company specializing in advertising and promotional support.
- Established "SBC Medical Consulting Co., Ltd.", providing management support for medical institutions and healthcare-related businesses.
2023
- Integrated "Rize Clinic" and "Gorilla Clinic", specialized in hair removal services, into the clinic network and began management support.
- Reached 200 clinics in the management support network.
2024
- Obtained approval for new listing on the U.S. NASDAQ stock exchange.
- SBC Medical Group establishes its group purpose: “By medical innovation, contribute to improving the well-being of people around the world.”
- Entered into a business partnership with B4A Inc., a provider of cloud-based tools that enable the digital transformation (DX) of private medical and aesthetic clinics.
- Formed a strategic business alliance with MEDIROM Healthcare Technologies Inc., which operates over 300 relaxation studios nationwide under the "Re.Ra.Ku" brand.
- Acquired "Aesthetic Healthcare Holdings Pte. Ltd.," a Singapore-based company that develops multiple brands related to aesthetic medicine.
- Launched the corporate welfare program "SBC WELLNESS."
- Introduced a specialized translation app for aesthetic medicine to the franchise network, enhancing inbound customer acquisition and management support.
2025
- Integrated management resources by merging "Shobikai Co., Ltd. ", "L’Ange Cosmetique Co., Ltd." and "SBC Medical Group Co., Ltd.".
- Selected as a constituent of the Russell 3000® Index for 2025.
- "JUN CLINIC ", known for its customized treatment approach, into the clinic network and began management support.
- Started management support for “Hada no Aozora Clinic” a new dermatology brand combining insured and private medical services.
- Establishment of a structured collaboration framework with OrangeTwist, a leading U.S.-based MedSpa chain, marking the formal entry into the United States.
2026
- Established "SBC Medical M&A Advisory Co., Ltd.," a subsidiary specializing in M&A advisory services in the medical sector.
