2.1 The Company uses the personal information obtained within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes listed below, using lawful and fair methods. If specific purposes have been communicated to the individual when acquiring personal information, the personal information will be used only within the scope of those purposes.

(1) Personal information of individuals associated with business partners and corporate entities (this includes not only those who have had contracts or transactions with our company in the past and present but also those who are expected to enter into contracts or transactions with us in the future).

⑥ Other necessary actions for the proper management of shareholders
⑦ Provision of personal information to third parties, with the consent of the individual or as required by law, within the necessary scope to achieve the above purposes

22.2 If it becomes necessary to use personal information for purposes other than those stated in Section 2.1, we will notify the individual of the new purpose and obtain prior consent before proceeding, except in the following cases:

① When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult.
② When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of sound development of children, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult.
③ When it is necessary to cooperate with a national or local government body, or a party entrusted by them, in carrying out duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the individual's consent may hinder the execution of those duties.
