SBC Medical Group Holdings Incorporated (Nasdaq: SBC) (“SBC Medical,” or the “Company”), a global owner, operator and provider of management services and products to cosmetic treatment centers, which provides management support to medical institutions both domestically and internationally, including Shonan Beauty Clinic, is pleased to announce the launch of its corporate wellness program, “SBC Wellness,” for MT Cosmetics Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Masatoshi Nakanishi; hereinafter referred to as “MT Cosmetics”).

Corporate employee benefits have undergone significant evolution, with a growing focus on health management and wellness support. Maintaining employee health directly contributes to higher engagement, improved productivity, and reduced turnover, making proactive corporate initiatives increasingly essential. In recent years, more companies have introduced advanced benefits such as aesthetic medicine and reproductive health services to support employees in realizing their ideal lifestyles.

MT Cosmetics is a doctor-developed cosmetics manufacturer that offers high-performance skincare brands such as “MT Metatron” and “Sandalphon.” The company leverages expertise in aesthetic medicine and dermatology to provide products to medical institutions and aesthetic salons nationwide. At the core of the company's vision to “create smiles and gratitude for as many customers as possible” is the belief that employees must first be healthy in both mind and body. The management philosophy of President and CEO Rie Itabashi is to pursue “true results for customers” and to practice the importance of “working authentically,” drawing on her own experiences. This philosophy is deeply ingrained in all employees. The comprehensive support provided by “SBC Wellness” aims to create an environment where employees can maintain both physical and mental well-being. With the introduction of this program, MT Cosmetics will now be able to utilize the following services.

  • Aesthetic medical support: Special pricing for skincare treatments and anti-aging procedures

  • Dental care: Access to services such as whitening and orthodontic treatment

  • Reproductive healthcare support: Fertility services, including egg freezing and infertility treatment (available at SBC-affiliated clinics)

  • VIP concierge services: Consultation and appointment scheduling via LINE and dedicated support lines

SBC leverages its network of 253 clinics in Japan and overseas to provide management support across a wide range of fields, including not only aesthetic medicine but also dentistry, AGA treatment, gynecology, infertility treatment, ophthalmology, orthopedics, and regenerative medicine. Going forward, SBC aims to establish partnerships with 10% of Japan’s approximately 10,000 major corporations and expand its current customer base of 4 million by 1.5 times. Through these initiatives, SBC will further strengthen and expand its corporate wellness business, contributing to the advancement of health management in Japan.

About the SBC Wellness Welfare Program

We provide support to help you maintain a healthy and clean appearance. This program is designed to assist you in achieving your beauty goals by offering personalized advice and recommendations through SBC VIP Concierge services. Our concierge team will listen to your concerns and provide guidance on treatment options, clinic selection, and scheduling via LINE※ or a dedicated VIP hotline. This ensures that even first-time patients can feel confident and comfortable when receiving aesthetic medical treatments. We will handle clinic introductions and appointments on your behalf, as well as schedule adjustments. We will arrange treatments at the most favorable prices based on SBC's various campaign information.

*LINE is a registered trademark or trademark of LINE Corporation.

Corporate Comprehensive Consulting

We propose customized welfare plans tailored to the needs of your company to support the improvement of employee satisfaction. For example, support for infertility treatment and egg freezing is adopted by major U.S. companies such as GAFA, helping to provide an environment where employees can work with peace of mind while respecting their life plans. This program is available at SBC's clinic network, “Roppongi Ladies Clinic” and “Kanagawa Ladies Clinic.”
