The book was written by the Nursing Education Department under the supervision of Dr. Kazuhiro Igawa (Assistant Representative of the Shonan Beauty Group) and Dr. Ayaka Nishikawa (Head of Dermatology, Shonan Beauty Group).
Aesthetic Nursing: Understanding the Fundamentals of Aesthetic Medicine and Nursing Care is a specialized textbook that systematically compiles essential knowledge and nursing fundamentals in the fields of aesthetic surgery and aesthetic dermatology. Covering a wide range of topics—from foundational aspects such as systems and history to procedure-specific nursing practices and practical knowledge required in clinical settings—the book features over 300 clinical photographs and illustrations, as well as surgical and procedural videos, allowing readers to intuitively grasp the realities of aesthetic medical practice beyond text alone.
