IRVINE, Calif. -- SBC Medical Group Holdings Incorporated (Nasdaq: SBC) (“SBC Medical” or the “Company”), a global provider of comprehensive consulting and management services to medical corporations and their clinics, today announced the successful completion of a specialized educational program focused on the systematic sharing and advancement of cutting-edge aesthetic medical technologies. As part of this initiative, the Company hosted Dr. Kim Sang-yub, an internationally recognized Key Opinion Leader (KOL) in regenerative skin medicine, as an advisor, for an expert session on the South Korean-developed skin booster "Juvelook" and the next-generation injector "CUREJET." Five physicians from the Company’s affiliated "Shonan Beauty Clinic" and "NEO Skin Clinic" completed the curriculum and were awarded certificates of completion, signifying their mastery of the technology.

"Juvelook" is an injectable formulation combining Poly-D, L-Lactic Acid (PDLLA) and Hyaluronic Acid. Unlike traditional fillers designed for temporary volume enhancement, Juvelook is gaining significant global attention as a regenerative treatment that stimulates natural collagen production to address skin texture concerns, including enlarged pores, fine lines, and acne scars. This growth is driven by the increasing global demand for "natural-looking results" and "minimally invasive, tissue-regenerative therapies."

A critical component in consistently achieving optimal therapeutic outcomes is "CUREJET," a state-of-the-art, needle-free injector. Utilizing electromagnetic-driven micro-jet technology to deliver formulations into the dermis, CUREJET is designed to reduce patient discomfort compared to traditional needle injections. Furthermore, its ability to precisely control the depth and volume of delivery allows for highly customized treatments tailored to individual skin conditions. The effective integration and operation of this device require both a deep understanding of formulation characteristics and advanced technical proficiency. The session covered a range of topics, including theoretical frameworks.

SBC Medical remains committed to the continuous integration of advanced medical insights from around the world and the advancement of knowledge and technical standards through specialized education. In the ever-evolving field of aesthetic medicine, the Company rigorously pursues safety and reproducibility under its own stringent verification framework, while flexibly adopting new treatments leveraging the latest technologies. The Company will continue to strive for excellence in safety, transparency, and the delivery of sustainable medical value in alignment with global standards.
