IRVINE, Calif. -- SBC Medical Group Holdings Incorporated (Nasdaq: SBC) (“SBC Medical” or the “Company”), a Management Services Organization operating a wide range of franchise businesses across diverse medical fields, today announced that it hosted two dermatologists from Chulabhorn International College of Medicine (Thammasat University, "CICM") in Bangkok, Thailand, for clinic site visits and academic exchange.
This initiative follows the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in November 2025 to promote academic collaboration and international exchange. The visit marks the first step in a strategic international partnership between CICM, a leading international medical education institution in the ASEAN region, and SBC Medical, which supports one of the largest clinic networks in Japan.
CICM is a prominent international medical education institution in the ASEAN region, recognized for its excellence in both clinical and basic medical science. Its mission to develop medical professionals with an international perspective aligns with SBC Medical’s commitment to expanding safe and innovative medical services from Asia to the world. This shared vision led to the conclusion of the MOU in November 2025, focusing on advancing academic cooperation in education and research.
As part of the concrete actions agreed upon following the MOU, two dermatologists from CICM visited Japan to engage with SBC Medical’s specialists, including Dr. Ayaka Nishikawa, Executive Director of Dermatology at Shonan Beauty Clinic. The exchange focused on the following areas:
・Operational Site Visits: Observing clinical operations at Shonan Beauty Clinic and other affiliated facilities.
・Educational Sessions: Participating in physician training programs supported by SBC Medical.
・Clinical Discussions: Sharing insights on treatment protocols for Asian skin types and discussing best practices in risk management.
SBC Medical remains dedicated to deepening international partnerships and joint research initiatives, such as those with CICM, to integrate the latest clinical insights into the group and foster medical talent with global perspectives. As a leading medical group in Asia, the Company will continue to strengthen its global foundation for medical education and research, striving for safety, transparency, and sustainable value enhancement.
