SBC Medical Announces the Introduction of Next-Generation Skin Booster "Skinplus" at NEO Skin Clinic Ginza

IRVINE, Calif. -- SBC Medical Group Holdings Incorporated (Nasdaq: SBC) ("SBC Medical" or the "Company"), a Medical Services Organization providing management support across a wide range of healthcare fields, today announced that NEO Skin Clinic Ginza, a clinic to which it provides management support, will begin offering "Skinplus (Cellerdiem)," a next-generation human-derived skin booster, starting Friday, June 19, 2026. The treatment aims to replenish the Extracellular Matrix (ECM), a foundational component of the skin that changes with aging.

In recent years, interest in skin-nurturing treatments has grown, driven by customer needs to improve fundamental skin texture and achieve a natural, youthful appearance. Skinplus is a human-derived skin booster focusing on the ECM, the skin's structural foundation. It has been introduced as a new option expected to address complex skin concerns, including a loss of firmness, elasticity, and enlarged pores.

The primary ingredient in Skinplus is Human Acellular Dermal Matrix (hADM). Unlike conventional approaches to skin treatments that focus primarily on hydration and tissue repair, Skinplus was developed based on the concept of "Matrix Restoration," which targets the ECM. NEO Skin Clinic Ginza currently offers "Re2O (BNAJU)," another hADM-based formulation. While both aim to improve skin quality, they possess different characteristics. By appropriately selecting and utilizing these options based on each customer's skin condition and preferences, the clinic aims to accommodate a broader spectrum of needs.

SBC Medical continuously incorporates advanced global medical insights and promotes the enhancement of knowledge and technical standards through specialized education. In the rapidly evolving field of aesthetic healthcare, the Company pursues safety and reproducibility under a rigorous proprietary verification system, flexibly adopting new treatments based on the latest technology. Moving forward, SBC Medical remains committed to ensuring safety, transparency, and the continuous enhancement of value in line with global standards.

Comment from Dr. Soichiro Morikawa, Director of NEO Skin Clinic Ginza "In my daily consultations, I strongly sense an increasing demand from customers to improve the fundamental condition of their skin. Skinplus, which focuses on the ECM, the foundation of the skin, is expected to be a valuable new option in skin treatments. For these treatments, it is essential to select and combine the appropriate procedures tailored to the customer's concerns, skin condition, and desired outcome. By broadening our treatment options with the introduction of this formulation, we believe we can address a wider range of concerns than ever before. We will continue to prioritize safety and provide treatment proposals closely aligned with each customer."

Notes on the Treatment
・Cellerdiem and Skinplus share identical ingredients and manufacturing processes, differing only in their product names.
・hADM (Human Acellular Dermal Matrix) refers to human skin tissue from which cellular components have been removed, leaving only the ECM components.
・Because this product is formulated with hADM derived from human tissue provided for medical purposes under appropriate consent, individuals who undergo this treatment will not be eligible to donate blood thereafter.
・Treatment suitability and details will be determined by a physician during a consultation.
