Fujimoto to discuss hiring that unites management, frontline teams and HR; booth to introduce SBC Wellness corporate benefits program

IRVINE, Calif. --SBC Medical Group Holdings Incorporated (Nasdaq: SBC) (“The Company” or “SBC Medical”), a Medical Services Organization (MSO) providing management support across a wide range of healthcare fields, today announced that Naoya Fujimoto, Head of the Medical Management Strategy Office at SBC Medical Group Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of the Company that provides management support to medical institutions, who also serves as head of business development for non-aesthetic healthcare, will speak at “Saiyo Ultra Camp 2026 in Kyoto,” a business conference for recruiters and executives hosted by ONE CAREER Inc. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President, Executive Officer and CEO: Naoyuki Miyashita). The conference will take place on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Miyako Messe in Kyoto. The Company will also exhibit at the conference, introducing its corporate benefits program, “SBC Wellness.”

The concept of “Saiyo Ultra Camp” is “Let’s open up ‘recruiting’ and go beyond it.” The conference brings together experts from many fields, including marketing, branding, finance, sales, public relations, design and AI, to rethink approaches to recruiting from multiple perspectives, and offers a wide range of content designed to uncover insights that go beyond recruiting.

At the inaugural event held in Kyoto in 2025, approximately 1,300 recruiters, executives and chief human resources officers (CHROs) gathered, and the participant satisfaction rate reached 95.5%.* The event has been highly regarded as a venue for updating how companies approach recruiting.

Fujimoto will speak at a session of the conference together with Yusuke Ogawa, Executive Officer and CHRO of ONE CAREER Inc. As it becomes increasingly difficult for HR teams alone to hire successfully, Fujimoto will discuss, drawing on personal experience, how to position recruiting as a human capital investment in the eyes of management, and how management, frontline teams and HR can work together on recruiting.

The Company will also exhibit in the conference’s booth area, where it will introduce SBC Wellness to HR and recruiting professionals and executives as a new corporate benefits option that supports employees in making choices that reflect who they are.

*Based on a survey conducted at the October 2025 event in Kyoto (469 respondents).
Note: Advance event entry and session registration through the official website are required to attend the session.
Note: Fujimoto is scheduled to speak on Stage H (1:50 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. JST).
