A new form of wellness support with no initial or running costs, helping employees make choices true to themselves

IRVINE, Calif. --SBC Medical Group Holdings Incorporated (Nasdaq: SBC) (“The Company” or “SBC Medical”), a Medical Services Organization (MSO) providing management support across a wide range of healthcare fields, today announced that its corporate benefits program “SBC Wellness” has been adopted by e-Agency Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Masaki Kai; “e-Agency”).

Corporate employee benefits are evolving rapidly, with health management and wellness support at their core. In recent years, the scope of support has expanded into areas such as aesthetic healthcare and reproductive medicine, which had traditionally been left to individual choice. As employees’ values and lifestyles become increasingly diverse, a key question for companies is how to support the choices that enable each person to live authentically, in addition to maintaining their physical and mental condition.

e-Agency is a data solutions company that leverages global-standard marketing tools such as Google Analytics 360, Google Cloud, and Amplitude to provide comprehensive support, from building corporate data infrastructure to driving data-driven transformation in management and marketing. Guided by its credo of “bringing science to hospitality,” the company supports the growth and global strategies of its clients.

Under its management policy of valuing its employees, e-Agency has focused on fostering an environment in which employees respect one another’s initiative and ways of working, and on providing opportunities that support their growth. The introduction of “SBC Wellness” builds on these efforts. It aims to create an environment where employees can take a proactive approach not only to learning and growth, but also to their physical and mental condition, future life planning, and life events.

Guided by the belief that physical and mental fulfillment leads to better ways of working and living, SBC Medical will continue to support sustainable well-being for both companies and individuals through “SBC Wellness,” working toward a society in which everyone can shape a life that is true to themselves.
