  22.2 If it becomes necessary to use personal information for purposes other than those stated in Section 2.1, we will notify the individual of the new purpose and obtain prior consent before proceeding, except in the following cases:

  ① When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult.
  ② When it is particularly necessary for the improvement of public health or the promotion of sound development of children, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult.
