    22.2 If it becomes necessary to use personal information for purposes other than those stated in Section 2.1, we will notify the individual of the new purpose and obtain prior consent before proceeding, except in the following cases:
    ① When it is necessary to protect a person’s life, body, or property, and obtaining the individual's consent is difficult.
