Service 01.

In Japan, through our subsidiary SBC Medical Group Co., Ltd., we provide management support to clinics across a broad spectrum of fields, from aesthetic healthcare to a range of insured medical care. Overseas, we operate directly managed clinics in markets such as Vietnam from our base in Singapore, and we hold a minority investment in OrangeTwist in the United States, building a structure that delivers reliable medical services to customers around the world.

Support Areas 01.
We conduct financial analysis of clinic operations, offer recommendations to management, and identify the KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) essential to each business and format, providing franchisees with management guidance aimed at improving those metrics.

Drawing on market research and evidence such as customer needs, we develop new business formats that broaden our reach across medical fields. While building brand value for Shonan Beauty Clinic and others, we respond to a wide range of concerns, hopes, and lifestyles across dermatology, dentistry, hair loss treatment (AGA), fertility treatment, ophthalmology, aesthetic surgery, regenerative medicine, and more.
Support Areas 03.
So that franchisees can offer the right services at the right price to customers, we provide marketing support through menu revisions and the development of new treatments based on market data and customer needs, the introduction of the latest equipment in partnership with major medical device manufacturers, and the planning and review of promotional campaigns that leverage mass advertising and digital marketing.
Support Areas 04.
We design a seamless customer experience from booking to visit, and drive management visibility through our proprietary customer management system. In 2026 we established a new technology structure and began building an "automated management infrastructure" that harnesses clinical and operational data from 6.6 million annual visits. From AI-assisted decision-making to the optimization of day-to-day operations, we are advancing the very way medical management works.
Support Areas 05.
Leveraging the scale of our large network, we provide clinic development support such as medical equipment rental, the procurement of medical supplies and equipment, optimal tenant sourcing, and interior construction. We further deliver end-to-end operational support, including the maintenance that keeps clinics running smoothly before and after opening, supporting franchisees' sustainable growth from the ground up.

To help franchisees provide safe, reliable care, we support the development of quality and safety management systems. Through technical management under our "OP-Rank" system, safety verification of new equipment, training led by external instructors, and group-wide mechanisms for sharing cases and knowledge, we support the continuous improvement of clinical standards and safety on the ground.

Service 02.
In the United States, we have entered the MedSpa market through a strategic investment in OrangeTwist; in Southeast Asia, we are expanding our clinic network primarily through M&A. Together with partners in each region, we aim to improve access to medical care worldwide.

Through our B2B business, the Group works alongside companies and medical institutions to support the environment surrounding people and organizations. Through a diverse range of approaches, including employee-benefit services, we address the challenges facing organizations and the medical front line, contributing to a sustainable society.
