By implementing electronic medical records and electronic contracts, we streamline our business processes while protecting forest resources and reducing CO₂ emissions. Additionally, by moving document management to the cloud, we enable secure information sharing from any location, contributing to work-style reforms. Through these initiatives, we reduce environmental impact and enhance productivity while striving for more sustainable and flexible business operations.

The Foundation was established in 2020 with the mission of contributing to the advancement of medical science. We focus on promoting cutting-edge research and technological innovations in the field of plastic surgery, providing financial support to researchers and medical institutions. We are committed to disseminating new knowledge and techniques in plastic surgery to create an environment where more people can access advanced medical care.

This program was established in 2022 with the goal of sustainable medical professional development. Continuous provision of high-quality medical services is essential and depends heavily on the training of healthcare workers. More than just a financial aid program for students who face economic challenges in pursuing a nursing career, it also contributes to the development of regional healthcare. Graduates gain practical experience within our group, enhance their expertise, and go on to improve the overall medical standards of society.

Since its establishment in 2007, the certified nonprofit organization Kids Door has been working to create a society where all children can have dreams and hopes. To support high school students who are forced to give up on medical school entrance exams for financial reasons, SBC and Kidsdoor launched the "Free Support for University Entrance Medical Course" in June 2021. The strength of this course lies in "creating role models." Through panel discussions with our medical professionals, we contribute to the training of future healthcare workers and aim for a society where more children can realize their dreams.

Our group actively participates in volunteer services at the Imperial Palace. The SBC staff contributes to the protection of the natural environment through weeding, cleaning, gardening, maintaining urban ecosystems, and preserving scenic views. Through these activities, we aim to reduce environmental impact and realize a sustainable society. We will continue to deepen our collaboration with the local community.

Our group is committed to creating a workplace environment where employees can confidently build their careers. We have established flexible working arrangements that accommodate life stage changes, supporting the balance between parenting, caregiving, and work responsibilities. For example, we offer a system that allows for flexible start times to maintain full-time employment, as well as accommodating changes in work arrangements due to various circumstances, making it easier to rebuild careers. Furthermore, we introduced an egg freezing service in 2022 to support the compatibility of career development with life planning, enabling flexible choices tailored to individual life stages. This initiative not only expands medical options but also contributes to long-term career support, enhances work-life balance, and reduces health risks associated with pregnancy and childbirth, thereby improving medical welfare.
We support athletes who continue to take on new challenges, sharing their passion and determination. Together, we walk with all who pursue their goals with dedication and enthusiasm, beyond the boundaries of sports, toward a healthier, more positive society.
